Thanks to a unique rights arrangement for water piped to our site from the Colorado River, Centinela Industrial Park is a readily accessible Mexican manufacturing location with an inexpensive water supply. We have water rights in place which translates into 5,451 cubic meters per day. This means that we can draw over 63.1 liters of water per second, compared to about 10 liters per second at typical Mexican industrial parks. Using our own private source to distribute and treat this abundant water means prices of about 80 cents per cubic meter.

On site facilities that treat the water to potable standards have a current capacity of 40 liters per second and can be expanded to provide higher levels of supply.
